The data processing agreement (short: DPA contract) forms the basis of data security when you outsource the processing of personal and health data to a service provider like us.
In the DPA contract, the rights and obligations between you as the controller and us as the processor are defined. For example, we also commit to processing the personal data you provide us with only for the agreed purposes. Through the DPA contract, we also commit to comprehensive protective measures in the processing of the data. An overview of these measures (technical and organizational measures according to Article 32 GDPR) can be found in the annex of the DPA contract.
You can soon conclude the DPA contract directly in the organization's settings.
