Groups and Programs

Groups and training programs can be created under “Programs” in the Cloud.

Groups

Groups can be used to display all programs in a clear and structured manner.

The groups are arranged alphabetically. Groups can be marked as diagnostics and favorites. Groups that are marked as favorites are arranged at the top.

When creating a new group, it is possible to move existing training programs from another group to the newly created group via a drop-down menu.

By default, the groups are

  • Hypoxic test

  • Relaxation

  • Regeneration

  • Individual

are created for each organization.

Standard programs

Nine programs are stored in each organization as standard. These are

Hypoxic test group:

  • Hypoxic test

  • Hypoxic test mild

  • Hypoxic test intensive

Regeneration group

  • Regeneration

  • Regeneration mild

  • Regeneration intensive

Relaxation group

  • Relaxation group

  • Relaxation mild

  • Relaxation intensive

Create new program

A new program can be created and set up using the “New training” button. A guided workflow facilitates program creation. It is also possible to duplicate existing programs.

First step: New program or duplicating an existing program

The first step is to determine whether a new program is to be created or an existing program duplicated. If an existing program is to be duplicated, this can be selected in a separately opened modal.

Second step: Selecting the group

The next step is to select the group for the newly created or duplicated program.

Third step: Hypoxia and hyperoxia settings

The oxygen settings for the program must then be defined. Intelligent hypoxia, static hypoxia or the bio-feedback mode can (but do not have to) be linked to intelligent hyperoxia.

Fourth step: Creation of phases or cycles

The program intervals can either be created with different phases or several identical cycles. Phases can be duplicated, moved and deleted as required. A summary preview shows the created program sequence.

Fifth step: Name and description of the newly created program

The last step is to enter a unique name. A short description of the program can also be entered. If another language is stored in the organization in addition to the primary language, a name and description should also be entered in this language.

Note: The name and description are displayed to the client on the web panel of the hypoxicator device.

Sixth step: Saving the program

The program must now be saved. All the values entered can then be checked again on the program overview page.
