Settings

A structured and clearer arrangement of the organization settings ensures that all important data on the organization can be displayed and edited on one page.

Organization details

Important data about the organization is displayed here and can be changed.

  • Name of the organization

  • Street and house number

  • ZIP Code

  • Location

  • Country

  • Altitude above sea level - Note: The altitude is given in meters above sea level. The altitude has an influence on the oxygen saturation of the blood. If the organization is located at an altitude that differs from the specified altitude, this can lead to an incorrect calculation of the oxygen saturation.

Language settings

The primary language is displayed in the cloud and in the user interface on the web panel. It is set when an organization is created and cannot be changed. It is possible to set additional languages for the cloud in addition to the primary language.

Note: If another language is selected in addition to the primary language, training programs must be created in multiple languages so that they can be displayed in other languages in the user interface on the web panel.

Additional fields

Additional optional data fields can be created, changed and removed for client management. The added data fields are then available for all clients.

Note: The data type of an added field cannot be subsequently changed, as all content would be deleted.
