The connection details to the hypoxicator, cloud and bluetooth device can be viewed via the "Status" menu item. In addition to network settings and cloud connection, the connection details also show settings for the synchronization protocol. If there is a configuration error, the potential source of the error will be marked in red. Check if all cables are properly connected and attempt to establish a connection to cloud again. With correct configuration, four green checkmarks will be displayed. If this is not the case, you can contact hypox support on the status overview page.
