Yes, you can reset your device at any time. Resetting the device will clear all local settings and permanently delete local data. After reset, your device will need to be set up again.
If you wish to bring the device back into operation and set it up again after the reset, please follow these steps:
First, select and confirm the device language.
Connect the hypoxicator to the internet.
Click on "continue"
You will now see the page displaying "Connection to Cloud denied." Here, please click on the "Reset Device" button. A new activation code will be automatically generated and displayed upon restarting. You can now scan the QR code with your smartphone camera or manually enter the activation code. Create a new organization or select one of the existing organizations to which the hypoxicator should be added. After that, the hypoxicator is fully configured.
Click on "Check again".
In case of difficulties, please contact hypox support at https://support.hypox.cloud, so that a new activation code for the hypoxicator can be generated.
General Note:
With the reset, a new activation code will also be generated (only if the device is online).
